I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. My experience includes working as a team lead supporting adults with developmental disabilities, as well as clinical placements at Family Services Ottawa and Drouillard Place in Windsor. I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to individual needs while creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Outside of my work, I enjoy travelling, reading, exploring food, and have a strong interest in autism and neurodiversity.
